Singer Mariah Carey was in Baker Monday, Oct. 18, to announce the winner of Extreme Home Makeover. Contest winner Finis Gaston, who works in the lunchroom at the school, was coaching a cheerleading session on the football field when Carey arrived and announced that the show would be building him a new home in Pensacola.
